DELIVERY  POLICY

Orders valued at €50 and more, are despatched free of charge in Ireland and Northern Ireland via standard postal service of 2 - 7 working days, unless otherwise stated.  For overseas countries (International orders) please allow 1 - 4 weeks for goods to arrive via untracked post.

Exceptions are Luxury Dog Car Seats (See further).

We use An Post service for small items such as packets and parcels up to 2kgs for postal delivery untracked. Optional tracking or courier service can be requested and is charged extra. Competitive post and courier prices are shown for customers in UK and European Countries.  For countries outside Europe pricing and service type can be requested.

International orders may be subject to customs charges.  We have no control over these charges, and you are responsible for payment for any costs that apply. You may wish to consider a tracked service for international orders subject to customs charges or customs delays.

Items ship both from our store in Ireland and direct from factory, typical lead times from the store are 2 to 7 days, and from 5 to 28 days from factory for delivery from date of order.

Luxury Dog Car Seats are shipped directly and tracked by courier due to weight and value, priced at €20 per medium size seat.
